Return / Exchange |  Refund / Cancellation Policy

We do maximum checks to deliver the right product ordered by you.  But we still understand that, there are chances that you might not like the product completely.

We have 7 days return and exchange policy at She Trendz. You have an option to return and exchange items purchased from www.shetrendz.in for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the item. 

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR A VALID RETURN AND EXCHANGE


1.  All product tags intact and in their original packaging.

2.  Product must be unused.

3.  Products must be in an unwashed and in undamaged condition.

Returns and exchange are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. After receiving back the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will not refund / exchange the product. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.

Note: One time reverse pick-up would be done against an order.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED / EXCHANGED

Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns / exchanges on the below items

  • Lingerie Wear (Bras / Panty / Camisole)
  • Babydoll Category Night Wear


TO RETURN A PRODUCT PLEASE FOLLOW THE BELOW STEPS

Please call us at 9791072592 or WhatsApp at 9150625869 to give the details and we will process your request. Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep if you are residing in Chennai. You can also visit our Physical store in OMR, Chennai to return / exchange product. People residing outside Chennai have to self-ship the package back to our shop address on their own. 

EXCHANGES

We have 7 days exchange policy, if you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability based on the website status.

UNDER EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Only size exchanges are allowed.

2. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different product. 

3. Any variation in prices due to size differences would be settled accordingly.


REFUND POLICY
Once return request has been placed with us, it usually takes 10 business days after we receive the product in our shop to initiate refund after successful product inspection by quality check department.  Altered products cannot be refunded. Refund would be done to the same mode of payment done by you earlier. COD Orders cannot be returned / exchanged.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers can cancel the order before it is shipped. Please call us at 9791072592 to make the cancellation. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
